从营养学来讲,鱼和豆腐放一起利于吸收钙质,所以这道菜搭配是成功的,但是楼主不知道从那选的这人做的这道菜,美食讲究色香味俱全,并且色排第一位,你这道菜香味无法判断,但这色实在是不敢恭维,但还是要谢谢你的发帖,呵呵

2。带鱼裹的最好是淀粉,而且要尽量少
