杂锅烧鸭[4P]
材料 :鸭斩粗块(烫去血水),迷你土豆/胡箩卜(入滚水煮至7分熟,约15分钟),卷心菜,姜,八角,啤酒一罐。)Mz(|8M]X&F~i

调味料 :辣豆辩酱两大匙,老抽/生抽各一大匙,冰糖一大匙,盐/味各少许。9T;b&NkC9[

做法 :两大匙油烧热,放进姜片/八角爆香,加入鸭块翻炒逼出油,倒进啤酒,加所有调味料,上盖以小火焖煮45分钟,放近土豆/胡箩卜/卷心菜继续煮15分钟即可。好香啊!!!
