洋葱、紅萝卜稍微爆香一下就好(別炒到熟唷)接著倒入適量的水,水量是一杯(年糕的量是一人份約20小條)

煮至水滚加上适量的韩式辣椒醬,我的韩式辣椒醬是帶甜味的。所以不需再加糖,如果用的是原味的韩式辣椒醬就要加糖唷:)因為辣炒年糕吃起來要甜甜辣辣的才好吃!_-ZUmJfP3b
