麦片一杯、面粉满两杯、糖一杯(不太满,也可半杯红糖半杯白糖,如果全部用红糖要加量,红糖甜度低些)、黄油100克,核桃大半杯、全蛋两个,泡打粉一小匙,如果用无盐的黄油还要加一匙细盐,(盐只是提味,吃不出咸味的)我用的是有盐的黄油。/L%Wh.x/J6hl

1.黄油放在室温下软化,加糖打发(我把糖分三次加的)至柔软,糖基本融化;
