天气终于凉快了,吃了一夏天的麻酱面,西红柿面,也该换换口味了,想吃三鲜打卤面了,可准备打卤面的用料和工序很费时,一般要到周末才有心情做给家人吃。'L7Fof8qi

早上起床看着窗外的蓝天白云,空气中的含氧量比起三伏天不知高了多少倍呢,人也变的很精神,很勤快。那就不怕麻烦,上班的日子也要做些复杂的晚饭吃。

上班前,清洗香菇木耳,用冷水泡发......

剥出虾仁取虾线的同时要从背部划开,这样熟了就是虾球了,样子会很好看的。bT @c:_P f0@
