开始片鱼,片鱼也很讲究的,菜刀按由头向尾的方向斜向入刀,千万别弄反了,要不鱼肉中的小刺就被切断了,鱼片就没法吃了,片鱼片的时候可以按一连一断的方式下刀,这样片出的鱼片会呈蝴蝶状。v;Z
