泡椒酿海螺

1.新鲜的海螺,养清泥沙后,用开水烫熟,挖出肉,去掉内脏后,切薄片,加蒜蓉,葱姜末,泡椒末,盐,料酒,一点点砂糖和少许花生油充分拌均匀后,仍旧装入海螺壳内,用猛火蒸3-5分钟即可b/vxr%i?f#ue
