花了一下午的时间准备馅料,原料:蘑菇,荠菜,猪肉馅,螃蟹$rI8Q{8z%JQ_'C_s
先把螃蟹上锅蒸约二十分钟,剔出蟹肉。

蟹壳也不能浪费了,加点蘑菇一起炖汤,没剔干净的蟹肉会融入到汤里,非常鲜美,作馄饨的底汤

蘑菇和荠菜焯水,分别剁碎,加点姜。
