3).最好选用平底不沾锅,小火,(一定要最小的火,必要的时候火觉得还是太大,可以关一会儿再开火)直接放入肉松,除了色拉油,放入上面A或者B或者C调料,用筷子来回的翻炒,再来回的搅拌撕拉,这个过程大概20分钟左右,肉松蓬松起来,也炒干了,逐渐放入色拉油一边放一边炒,看肉松开始稍微回软就可以了,色拉油的量不易过多。b
