5:鸡蛋打均匀,加少许酱油,糖,倒于不粘锅内煎成一不烂的大片

7:把泡得差不多熟的瘦肉倒入云耳当中,再继续炒,炒至肉类全熟,勾芡(生粉,少许盐,酱油,水)收汁 T.@!REf

这个菜我在北京吃过一次没你这样复杂就是鸡蛋皮里面包的是回勺肉!odfx dt
马来西亚也有类似这样的但是它里面包的饭叫蛋包饭!有点意思
