蚝油焖双酿
材料:炸豆腐、鲜冬菇、肉末

调味料:蚝油、盐、糖、生粉、胡椒粉、生油、米酒、酱油,n9j(s3Mg5J!O0m(N1C
芡汁:蚝油、糖、生粉、水&M)~-H'T;XA9I_K B

1。先把肉末加入盐、糖、生粉、胡椒粉朝一个搅拌最后放少许生油捞匀待用。{*mk(x/NG1U9I
2。把炸豆腐洗干净、鲜冬菇去蒂待用。KwY A&v%I9v XzQ
3。把肉末酿在炸豆腐、鲜冬菇里抹平。N0C g|um[
4。起锅,把酿好的豆腐、鲜冬菇先煎到金黄,撒上米酒,加入适量的水和少许酱油,
