1 竹笙用淡盐水泡开,挤去水分,放入沸水中煮几分钟,捞起,冲洗后挤干水分,切成约8cm长。

4 锅内放高汤或者清水加魔厨高汤、盐、一点点油,水开后放入竹笙卷,煮约10分钟至冬瓜丝软(高汤要没过竹笙卷),小心夹起。

6 生粉用凉开水调成生粉水,慢慢加入锅中,边加边搅拌,使高汤变得浓稠一些,然后熄火,将高汤淋在竹笙卷和芦笋上即可。
