1、鱼腩洗净切块,用少许盐和料酒腌10分钟以上备用,青红椒切菱形块备用,腐竹用温水泡软备用;

2、鱼腩腌好后,撒上适量干淀粉,拌匀,放热油中炸至两面金黄备用;

3、调料按个人口味调好备用,注意甜面酱是甜的,不喜欢吃太甜的朋友添了甜面酱要少加点白糖或不加,我加的比例是:(大勺)蚝油:甜面酱=3:1,一大勺生抽,一小勺白糖,少许盐
